Free State Stars goalkeeper Badra Ali Sangare says he is not concerned about the prospect of chasing the Absa Premiership title following their draw with Mamelodi Sundowns.
Siphelele Mthembu cancelled out Percy Tau's first-half strike as Ea Lla Koto and Sundowns drew 1-1 at Loftus Versfeld on Wednesday evening.
Sangare, who earned him the Man of the Match accolade, says they are taking things one game at a time.
“Thank you very much for the Man of the Match. Every week I work very hard to help the team. I’m very happy for this team,” the Ivorian goalkeeper told SuperSport TV.
“We could have had a penalty [in the end] but the referee was not up to it today, it’s football. I’m very happy with this draw. [Sundowns] is a big team in South Africa.
“I take it one game a time. If there can be a chance [of winning the championship] I take it. I try to give my best in every game.”
