Spanish La Liga match report Levante v Real Madrid 03 February 2018

Posted: 3 February 2018 Time: 23:00

Real Madrid's stuttering La Liga campaign continued after they drew 2-2 with Levante on Saturday night.

Los Blancos broke the deadlock after 11 minutes as Sergio Ramos rose well to head home Toni Kroos' cross, 0-1.

Kroos went close registering his name on the score-sheet in the 32nd minute but Oier produced a fine save to deny the German midfielder.

Levante eventually leveled matters in the 42nd minute when Emmanuel Boateng clinically fired home after Keylor Navas had initially denied Morales.

The opening stages of the second half proved to be a quiet affair, but Levante carved out another opening in the 57th minute only for Navas to deny Lerma from close range.

With Real struggling, Zinedine Zidane withdrew Gareth Bale for Isco in the 66th minute as they pushed for a winning goal.

The change paid off for Zidane and Real, as Isco put the visitors ahead in the 81st minute with a close range finish after some good work by Karim Benzema.

However, Levante managed to level matters once again as Giampaolo Pazzini fired home from close range to earn his side a point.
