Matsatsantsa desperate for a victory

A chance to turn things around for SuperSport United will present itself tonight when the struggling Matsatsantsa take on AmaZulu at Lucas Moripe Stadium (19h30).
SuperSport have had just four days to recover from the 4-1 loss to Bidvest Wits at the same venue on Saturday, their worst defeat of the season.
Winger Aubrey Modiba, SuperSport's top scorer this season with six goals in all competitions, believes 13th-placed Matsatsantsa can finish in a respectable position this season, but it requires them to be consistent in getting positive results.
AmaZulu, meanwhile, have only registered one win in their last 10 matches. That victory came against SuperSport earlier this month. Usuthu will go into the game believing they can get something from a Matsatsantsa side struggling to score and defend.
“At the moment every game is important for us. We need to win games and the one against AmaZulu we have to win. We lost 2-0 to them in Umlazi, so they will come into this game with confidence,” the 22-year-old Modiba tells KickOff.com.
“They have not been doing well, but they are a good team. Every team knows that we are not doing well, so that will give them confidence. We are looking forward to it. We will make sure that we work hard and try get something out of the game.”
SuperSport will have Morgan Gould back from suspension, a big boost for the side. Eric Tinkler’s men, who have only managed five wins this season, are better organised when the experienced Gould is on the pitch.
