Barcelona secured their spot in the Copa del Rey semi-finals with a 2-0 win over Espanyol in the second leg of their last eight tie.
Espanyol took a slight advantage into the second leg, having recorded a 1-0 win in the first leg last week.
New Barca signings Philippe Coutinho and Yerry Mina were only named on the bench as Ernesto Valverde opted for a strong line up once again.
The home side broke the deadlock after just nine minutes when Aleix Vidal raced to the byline before picking out Luis Suarez, who nodded home from close range.
Lionel Messi doubled his side's lead on 25 minutes with a deflected effort from the edge of the box to make it 2-0 on the night and 2-1 on aggregate.
Espanyol, meanwhile, barely threatened the Jasper Cillessen's goal as the hosts went into the break with a two-goal cushion.
10 minutes into the second half, Messi nearly added a third for Barca but his curling strike from 25-yards out brushed the upright.
Coutinho was eventually introduced for his Barca debut, replacing Andres Iniesta with 20 minutes remaining in the second half.
Valverde's men enjoyed a lot of possession in the closing stages of the second half, although they failed to add to their tally as the clash ended 2-0 on the night.
The draw for the Copa del Rey last four takes place on Friday and Barca are joined by Sevilla, Leganes and Valencia.
