Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane on Yannick Zakri, Fares Hachi exits

Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says Yannick Zakri is still a part of the club's plans despite being unveiled as an Ajax Cape Town player on Monday.
Sundowns loaned the Ivorian to Ajax and off-loaded Algerian fullback Fares Hachi to Chippa United this month due to foreign quota issues and heavy competition for game-time at Chloorkop.
Downs have just signed New Zealand striker Jeremy Brockie and Uruguayan winger Gaston Sirino.
"Zakri is a good player," says Mosimane.
"The challenge is that when you bring Brockie you still have Percy [Tau], you have also [Sibusiso] Vilakazi. 'Vila' is playing and scoring goals. It becomes a little bit difficult and you want him to go play and get more game-time.
"He must help Ajax, play more like when [Themba Zwane] 'Mshishi' went to Mpumalanga [Black Aces]. Percy went to [Witbank] Spurs. [Tiyani Mabunda] 'Shuga' went to Free State Stars. Denis [Onyango] went to [Bidvest] Wits. You can go on and on. He is still in our plans but he has to fight for it. It's tough hey."
Mosimane also praised Hachi for his contribution to the Brazilians but says the club had to make space for Brockie.
"If you ask me was it right to do it, it was for the benefit of the club. I hope you understand because we had to bring Brockie in. Not to say he didn’t play well, he did played well. All his games he played he brought proper crosses and all that. He did well.
"We had to sacrifice a little bit. It was difficult as a human being to see that talent go because he came for the CAF Champions League. But football is like that, you will never get a guarantee in football. You always have to be on your toes."
