Sundowns to sacrifice Hachi

KickOff.com has established that Mamelodi Sundowns defender Fares Hachi could be on his way to cross-town rivals SuperSport United.
Hachi is expected to finalise a loan move to Matsatsantsa this week, forming part of the agreement that saw striker Jeremy Brockie go the other way on Monday.
The Brazilians are forced to ship out one of their foreign contingent as they are only allowed to register five, as per PSL rules, with coach Pitso Mosimane opting to sacrifice the Algerian fullback.
Downs still have goalkeeper Brimah Razak, defenders Bangaly Soumahoro and Ricardo Nascimento, as well as striker Yannick Zakri, who has been linked with a move to Ajax Cape Town.
Hachi will still get an opportunity to compete on the continent, with SuperSport having once again qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup, after lifting the Nedbank Cup last season.
The 28-year-old former ES Setif left-back will face competition from the likes of Onismor Bhasera, Thato Mokeke and Aubrey Modiba for a spot in Eric Tinkler’s side.
SuperSport also parted ways with defender Keegan Ritchie last week, with Absa Premiership champions Bidvest Wits having already snapped up his services.
