Bafana Bafana striker Dino Ndlovu has confirmed his exit from Azerbaijan Premier League outfit FK Qarabag, ahead of an expected move to China.

Ndlovu joined Qarabag at the start of the 2016/17 season from Cypriot side Anorthosis, managing 20 goals in 54 appearances and helped the club to their maiden appearance in the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League.

The 27-year-old has since decided to move on to the next chapter of his career, and is believed to have signed with Chinese second-tier side Hangzhou Greentown.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns and Mpumlanga Black Aces forward has since penned a farewell message to his former club, teammates and supporters.

"Qarabagh, thank you... Without everyone from the club, this was not gonna be possible but I'm not talking about the move, but mainly about me being [able] to represent a club with a lot of history," said Ndlovu on  Instagram.

"I had a great 18 months of my career and the time is probably one of the highlight of my career... When I arrived at the club and achieved what I have achieved so far, I had mixed emotions about my future at the club.

"I really thought I would finish my career with the team but that was all a dream, players come and go and I'm one of those who came and touched many people in Azerbaijan.

"I want my teammates to know that without them helping me to improve and making everything look so easy for me on the pitch, you share a special place in my heart. And as for the technical team, thank you for making me feel special and teaching me what I know today.

"This was one of the most difficult decisions in my entire career... I can't change the fact that we share so many memories in such a short space of time, people must know my blood will all bleed with people who loved and died for Qarabag FK... Until we meet again, I love you guys @fkqarabagh."

Ndlovu has reportedly signed a deal with HZ Greentown until May 2020.
