Ajax Cape Town and SuperSport United have each been dealt suspensions for their respective midweek Absa Premiership clashes.
The Urban Warriors face Mamelodi Sundowns in a catch-up fixture at Cape Town Stadium this evening, with kick-off set for 19h30.
Midfielder Ndiviwe Mdabuka has been ruled out of the contest after collecting his fourth yellow card of the campaign in their 2-1 defeat to Maritzburg United last Friday.
Defender Mario Booysen and striker Tashreeq Morris will have to be cautious of picking up a booking tonight as they are both just one yellow card away from also serving a one-match suspension.
Meanwhile, SuperSport will be without veteran defender Morgan Gould when they visit defending champions Bidvest Wits at Bidvest Stadium on Wednesday evening (19h30).
The hard-tackling centre-back was cautioned in their goalless stalemate against Kaizer Chiefs over the weekend.
Also on suspension watch for Matsatsantsa is Clayton Daniels, Aubrey Modiba and Bradley Grobler, who are all on three yellow cards at present, while Wits' sweeper Bongani Khumalo also walks the tightrope.
