The 30-year-old midfielder is seemingly the replacement for Aubrey Ngoma, who has joined Mamelodi Sundowns, and will compete with Ayanda Patosi and Lyle Lakay for game-time.
Ralani, who spent the last nine years in Sweden and Denmark, will for the first time be plying his trade back home in the Premier Soccer League, after leaving the Stars of Africa Academy in 2009.
The Kimberley-born attacker managed six goals and four assists in 27 appearances in the Swedish topflight last season.
