Barcelona midfielder Paulinho has urged Philippe Coutinho to make the switch from Anfield in January, claiming the striker will “not regret” the move.
Coutinho was the subject of multiple bids from the Catalan giants in the mid-year transfer period but the Red ultimately blocked the move as they refused to part ways with their star striker.
However, Barca are expected to return for the Brazil international in January and international team-mate Paulinho says he has already been in contact with Coutinho and urges him to make the move to the Nou Camp.
"I make jokes that people are already looking for a house for him," Paulinho told Mundo Deportivo.
"I try to give him the basic information, the most important for him and his family, because maybe the time he lived here was not enough to know the city, but he knows that Barcelona is a very good city, that offers everything for him and his family.
"You have to think about the decision you are going to make. What I think is that if you have the opportunity to come, you will not regret it."
