Inter Milan are adamant they want to keep hold of Joao Mario but admit the reported Manchester United target may look for a move away.
The 24-year-old has struggled for game time at the San Siro this season, making just 11 appearances after falling down the pecking order.
That has led to claims he could force a move away in January, with the Red Devils said to be keen admirers, and while keen to retain the forward, Inter director Walter Sabatini admits his future remains uncertain.
"Joao has some issues with the lack of playing time," Sabatini told Sky Italia.
"We don't want to lose him. He is our player and we want to keep him."
