Muhsin Ertugral returning to Ajax Cape Town?

Posted: 21 December 2017 Time: 12:19 has learnt that Ajax Cape Town have discussed the possibility of Muhsin Ertugral returning to the club for a fourth coaching stint.

The relegation-threatened outfit earlier parted ways with Dutch mentor Stanley Menzo, with his replacement expected to be named this afternoon.

"The club is looking for an experienced coach," says a source close to Ajax.

"Under the current situation they want someone who is familiar with local football.

"Ertugral's name has been mentioned but at the moment nothing has been confirmed officially."

Ertugral, who has also steered Kaizer Chiefs, Golden Arrows and Mpumalanga Black Aces, had a brieft stint in charge of Orlando Pirates last season but resigned in the wake of a humiliating 6-1 loss to SuperSport United on 1 November 2016.
