Mohamed Salah, Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling and Eden Hazard are amongst the frontrunners for the Premier League Player of the Month award for November.

Liverpool striker Salah appears favourite for the gong after scoring seven top-flight goals last month to top the scoring charts with 12 strikes this season.

Meanwhile, the Manchester City duo of De Bruyne and Sterling have also been in fine fettle after helping their club open up an eight-point lead at the summit ahead of Sunday’s top-of-the-table clash against Manchester United.

The Red Devils have their own representative up for the monthly award as Ashley Young’s two spectacular strikes against former club Watford have added to an impressive showing from the full-back.

Bournemouth’s Robbie Brady is also part of the mix after helping his side to three wins during the month, although he may have served his final contribution for the season after suffering a knee injury in their 1-0 defeat to Leicester.
