SuperSport United striker Jeremy Brockie expects a defensive approach from TP Mazembe when they meet in the CAF Confederation Cup decider at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.
Mazembe come into the return leg carrying a 2-1 advantage and Brockie suspects the Congolese giants will sit back in Atteridgeville.
“They did the same in the group stage when we finished 0-0, they were not interested in coming out to try and get a result,” Brockie said.
“I expect a little of the same this time obviously, and they have an advantage because they are winning the tie at the moment.
“Hopefully, they sit back so we can give a good go at them and win this trophy.”
Brockie, who is the tournament's leading scorer with 10 goals, added that Matsatsantsa are not concerned that they are yet to win a knockout match in the competition on home soil.
“I think teams that come in South Africa, they respect us a lot and sit back and are happy to go away with a draw,” Brockie said.
“But we know what is at stake, we know that we have to do to score goals.
“Some of the games that we didn't win, we created plenty of opportunities but we didn't take them. So it will come down to 90 minutes and the boys will be giving their all to do the country proud.”
