Kaizer Chiefs coach Steve Komphela expects a "hell of match" against Bidvest Wits and is wary of the negative space in which Gavin Hunt is currently in.
Chiefs and Wits do battle in a Telkom Knockout semi-final at the Bidvest Stadium at 15h30 on Saturday afternoon.
Komphela is wary of the situation his rivals are in, with his opposite number in Hunt under particular scutiny given his side's inconsistent run of form thus far.
However, the recent international break would have given both sides an opportunity to fine tune their performances ahead of the crucial encounter, leaving the Amakhosi boss to approach with caution and not undermine their opponents.
"We're looking forward to the Bidvest match. It's not going to be an easy match – very difficult," said Komphela.
"Gavin Hunt is not in a good space, but that has not taken anything away from the quality they have in the team and the coach.
"We just have to be careful that we go in there and acknowledge their strengths – they're still strong in the areas with which they won the championship – and also exploit their weaknesses. But it's going to be a hell of a match."
