KickOff.com has established that Fiston Abdul Razak now has his clearance at hand after finally negotiating a separation from Mamelodi Sundowns.
Razak has already headed back home to Burundi from where he is plotting his next move.
The 26-year-old returned to Sundowns at the beginning of the season from his loan spell at Bloemfontein Celtic after the club decided to activate the first of three one-year options on his contract.
He was, however, not registered with The Brazilians having exhausted their foreign quota leaving him stranded after also failing to find a move away before the close of the August transfer window.
Stuck at Chloorkop he was then forced to keep fit with the MDC team until he eventually reached an agreement to terminate his contract.
His agent is now working on finding him a new opportunity in Europe.
Razak has also indicated that he is also open to a return to South Africa and is actually targeting the next transfer window for his next move.
If Sundowns continued keeping Razak on their books without registering him it would have been in contravention of PSL rules. Article 34.2 states that a member club may not have more than five foreign players contracted with it at any point in time.
