Mamelodi Sundowns defender Motjeka Madisha is one of a dozen players to have been ever present for their clubs in all domestic competitions so far this season.
Madisha has put in a complete shift through all of the nine matches that Sundowns have played on the local scene this term.
The 22-year-old has won the trust of Pitso Mosimane as the man to marshal his backline, continuing to raise his profile in only his second season playing in the PSL.
Surprise leaders Baroka have had the pair of Virgil Vries and Letladi Madubanya playing every minute of all 12 games in all competitions to date.
Nkosingiphile Gumede and Limbizani Mzava have done the same at Golden Arrows, just like Patrick Tignyemb and Alfred Ndengane at Bloemfontein Celtic.
Following his horror spell at Orlando Pirates last season, James Okwuosa has also been ever present at Chippa United along with Zitha Macheke.
Free State Stars’ off-season signing from Ivory Coast, Badra Ali Sangare, is the only player at the club that has played every minute of their 10 games in all competitions so far this season.
The last two on the list are Platinum Stars' Vuyo Mere and Willlem Mwedihanga.
The challenge now facing these 12 players is remaining ever present until the end of the season – a feat that is usually achieved by goalkeepers, defenders and holding midfielders.
