Ayanda Dlamini takes up AmaZulu youth coaching role

AmaZulu have appointed their former striker Ayanda Dlamini as a youth coach at the club.

The 33-year-old featured for Usuthu from 2009 to 2016 before ending his playing days at Bloemfontein Celtic last season.

AmaZulu youth technical director and MDC coach Ronnie Moroka is confident 'Cobra' will add value at the Premiership returnees.

“Without a doubt I believe the appointment is a positive step for the club and for our younger players who will learn from him both on and off the field,” Moroka told the club's website.

KwaCeza-born Dlamini will assist U-19 coach Thabiso Makhetha among other duties, whicn include scouting.
