The Telkom Knockout continues full steam ahead in Round 53 of KickOff Predictor while Super Sunday serves up some titanic encounters in the English Premier League.

On the South African front, the second piece of PSL silverware on offer jumps straight into the quarter-finals, just one week after the opening round, and serves up some enticing fixtures.

The struggle for Bidvest Wits is real as the Students blow more cold than hot, having booked their place in the last-eight with a 4-2 extra-time win over Free State Stars only to then lose 2-0 to Chippa United in the Absa Premiership.

Meanwhile, Wits’ opponents in the cup, Baroka FC, have virtually blown the competition away this term and are currently the league leaders while they knocked out holders Cape Town City in the TKO last-16.

Elsewhere, Chippa United will be looking to add to their cup scalp of Mamelodi Sundowns when they host another PSL giant in Kaizer Chiefs while Orlando Pirates will be hoping to bounce back from their 3-1 thrashing at the hands of the Brazilians in midweek when they host Polokwane City.

Then, in England, Sunday is set to thrill with some cracking fixtures, starting with the Premier League clash between leaders Manchester City and outside title hopefuls Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

Then, the main even sees defending champions Chelsea host second-placed Manchester United in a huge match for both sides, with the Blues having already fallen nine points off the pace in the title race while the Red Devils will be desperate to keep in touching distance with City, who are five clear at the top.
