Bidvest Wits forward Gabadinho Mhango will appear before the PSL's Disciplinary Committee after he was accused of spitting at AmaZulu's Michael Morton in a game last month.
A statement sent out by the PSL on Tuesday read: 'Mr Mhango has been charged with misconduct for allegedly offending the dignity of AmaZulu FC player Michael Morton following an alleged spitting incident on 20 September 2017 at Princess Magogo Stadium.'
Wits' Chief Operations Officer Jonathan Schloss has also been charged for his incident with Kaizer Chiefs coach Steve Komphela last month. The two almost came to blows after the game finished 1-1 at FNB Stadium.
'Mr Schloss has been charged with contravening Rule 54 of the NSL Handbook (Misconduct) for allegedly using offensive gestures or language against Kaizer Chiefs coach Steve Komphela during the Absa Premiership fixture between Bidvest Wits and Kaizer Chiefs on 16 September 2017,' the statement read.
George Mogotsi of Wits has also been charged for apparently using offensive language towards referees.
'Mr Mogotsi has been charged with contravening Rule 54 of the NSL Handbook (Misconduct) after he allegedly used offensive language at the match officials during the Absa Premiership match between Bidvest Wits and Kaizer Chiefs on September 16.'
Usuthu's Morton has also been charged for 'allegedly offending the dignity of Bidvest Wits player Gabadinho Mhango, following a further alleged spitting incident on 20 September 2017 at Princess Magogo Stadium'.
They will all appear before the DC on October 18.
