AC Milan and Adidas will end 20-year partnership when sponsorship deal expires this season

Posted: 10 October 2017 Time: 12:21

AC Milan are set to bring an end to their 20-year sponsorship with Adidas as the agreement reaches its conclusion at the end of the season.

The 2017/18 campaign will be the last that the Rossoneri don the famous ‘Three Stripes’ on their kit, having previously done so since 1998.

However, Milan executives have already begun searching for a new kit sponsor, with New Balance and Under Armour said to be amongst the favourites to agree a deal.

There is also talk of a Chinese sponsor, with further discussions taking place in the Far East.

Milan also recently announced the end of their sponsorship agreement with Audi, bringing an end to another long-time deal at the San Siro giants.
