Tunisia crowned COPA Coca-Cola Global Cup champions

Tunisia were crowned COPA Coca-Cola Global Cup Under-15 champions after beating Nigeria 7-6 on penalties in the final on Sunday.
The North Africans showed a lot of steel by coming from 3-0 down to take the game to penalties where they held their nerve to win in sudden death.
The five-a-side tournament was a three-day event for U-15 boys and girls' teams, held at Durban's North Beach. It was established in 1989 in Zimbabwe.
Two South African boys' sides, which were coached by Jabulani Mendu and Simba Marumo, finished third and fourth in the tournament. Mendu's team beat Marumo's to the bronze medal.
However, local representative KZN Provincial 1 Girls were not going to be denied the gold as they won showed utter dominance from the group stages and ended the tournament by outclassing Zimbabwe Girls 6-2 in the final.
COPA Coca-Cola is an initiative that gives millions of young footballers an opportunity to come together and celebrate their passion for football and help realise their potential.
Individuals were recognised for their efforts at a function last night.
