Davids: Chiefs are on a high

Maritzburg United coach Fadlu Davids strongly believes Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs are back to their best.
The Team of Choice will host Amakhosi tonight at Harry Gwala Stadium (19h30), looking to maintain their unbeaten start in the league thus far.
After their 2-0 victory over Cape Town City last week, Chiefs dropped two points in a 1-1 draw with defending Absa Premiership champions Bidvest Wits on Saturday at FNB Stadium. They conceded in the last minute, which was the problem many a time last season.
Maritzburg, meanwhile, played to a goalless draw with league leaders Orlando Pirates on Friday and will be looking to get back to winning ways.
But Davids is convinced that Chiefs are high on confidence.
"They [Chiefs] are back. They are fantastic side and I think they're back to their best," Davids said.
"They didn't get the results in the first three league matches, but with this boost they got [against City], I think they'll be a different side and they will have a lot of confidence coming to our game."
Davids will be without the versatile Siphesihle Ndlovu, who was sent off against Bucs.
“It's a huge blow to miss him, but of course there are options. We'll be okay."
Cameroonian midfielder Yazid Atouba is back for Maritzburg after completing his two-match suspension.
