Platinum Stars coach Roger de Sa has faith he can turn the club's season around after three straight defeats.
Stars lost to Maritzburg United and Cape Town City before De Sa took over the reins from Englishman Peter Butler a week ago.
A 2-0 defeat followed at SuperSport United on Tuesday, but De Sa insists he has cause for optimism as new signings Lehlogonolo Masalesa and Brian Mwila come into the reckoning.
"It gives me hope," says De Sa.
"I know it was a disappointing result against SuperSport United but it gives me some hope with what I saw. There are some other players coming in like 'Vieira' [Masalesa], the big Zambian striker Brian and a couple of other guys are coming in. It gives me hope that there is something to work on."
Dikwena on Saturday host Chippa United, who are now under the tutelage of former Orlando Pirates assistant coach Teboho Moloi following the sacking of Dan Malesela in midweek.
De Sa admits the Chilli Boys can be an unpredictable opponent.
"Chippa are always up and down. You never know what you are gonna get from them. We got to worry about ourselves, prepare ourselves and get ready for the match. We have to watch their game and make sure we were better than we did against SuperSport. It's a totally different game. Chippa play nothing like SuperSport and so we have to make sure we are ready."
