PSL Absa Premiership match report SuperSport United vs Platinum Stars

SuperSport United claimed their second successive win of the Absa Premiership season after defeating Roger de Sa's Platinum Stars 2-0 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
It took quite a while, but Eric Tinkler's men finally found a chink in the Dikwena armour late in the game
Sifiso Myeni bagged his first goal for the club in his second appearance after joining them on loan from Bidvest Wits on transfer deadline day in August. It was a touch of brilliance from the former Orlando Pirates man in the 85th minute, as he received a ball from Sipho Mbule and unleashed a powerful shot from outside the box to give the hosts the lead.
It would not have been a complete SuperSport performance without a goal from Jeremy Brockie. The New Zealand-born striker scored in the third minute of stoppage time to seal a victory which put Matsatsantsa in fifth place on the table with six points from three matches.
Dikwena find themselves at the bottom of the standings without a point. It was De Sa's first match in charge of the team and he will have a lot of work to do to get the side firing, especially in front of goal.
