Crystal Palace coach Frank De Boer insists he is not concerned about rumours of leaving Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace coach Frank De Boer insists he is not bothered with the rumours linking him with an exit after just three games in charge.

The Eagles have lost their opening three Premier League encounters and have failed to score in all three of those encounters.

Reports in England claim that club chairman Steve Parish could be looking for a replacement, however De Boer claims he maintains a good relationship with the chairman.

"I have always had serious conversations with Steve - one day in the week we come together and talk about what's going on," De Boer was quoted as saying by FourFourTwo.

"I'm not so concerned about it, we have a very good relationship. We know this is not a one-day project, it's long term.

"You cannot expect to win every game, it's a work in progress still."

Palace will be searching for their first win of the season when they travel to Turf Moor to face Burnely on Sunday afternoon.
