Bloemfontein Celtic coach Veselin Jelušic says the support he has allows him to focus on his job

Bloemfontein Celtic coach Veselin Jelušic says he is grateful that he has full support at the club which he believes will lay the foundation to a successful campaign.

Jelušic took over at Celtic two months ago and has drawn both games that he has been in charge of in the league.

“I really have to make it known that I am happy that I have the support from everyone here at the club, from management all the way to the supporters which is very important,” he tells KickOff.com.

“Once you have that support it allows you to then focus on the job at hand. In this case it is trying to win matches and collecting as many points as possible.

"Right now there is no pressure at all and our aim is to perform and collect as many points as possible. Management hasn’t come with demands of this and that but what I know is that we need to aim to win as many games as possible.

“The plus is that we have been able to put together a team that I believe will be able to compete and all we need is to find the balance. Remember we have players that were with the team last season along with new ones that joined recently. However, like I said it is important that management is giving us the support,” says the Serb.

Celtic will next be in action on September 12 when they travel to Polokwane City.
