Ajax said on Twitter: 'NEW SIGNING: The #UrbanWarriors can officially confirm that Tercious Malepe has joined the club on a season-long loan deal.'

Malepe is in line to make his Urban Warriors debut against Pirates at Orlando Stadium on September 12.

The 20-year-old earned his first Bafana Bafana cap at the COSAFA Cup last month, having also represented South Africa at U-20 and U-23 level.

He spent last season playing for Bucs’ MultiChoice Diski Challenge team after returning from a loan spell with Moroka Swallows in the second tier.

Malepe, who was recently linked with a move to Richards Bay FC, captained Amajita at the U-20 World Cup and U-20 AFCON earlier this year.
