Frederic Nsabiyumva boost for Jomo Cosmos ahead of Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC clash

Jomo Cosmos have been boosted by the availability of Burundian centre-back Frederic Nsabiyumva.

Nsabiyumva recently returned to Cosmos after a move to Premiership outfit Ajax Cape Town fell through.

The 22-year-old missed the club's opening two matches but is back for their next clash with National First Division newcomers Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC on September 9.

'Former team captain Frederic Nsabiyumva will be available for selection in the next NFD game after getting his registration sorted," reads an update on Ezenkosi's website.

Coach Jomo Sono, however, is currently without defender Sabelo Madi, midfielder Khomotso Marebane (both ankle) and Nigerian striker Franklin Ogbonna (knee) through injury.

Sono's men bounced back from an opening-day 1-0 defeat to Highlands Park with a 5-0 humiliation of University of Pretoria on Sunday.
