Senamela reveals his plans

Posted: 11 April 2009 Time: 12:37

Golden Arrows forward Kagiso Senamela has spoken out for the first time about his future and says he has definitely not signed for either Mamelodi Sundowns or Kaizer Chiefs.

Senamela also reveals that he may be leaving for Turkey during the off season with a view to joining Antalyaspor.

The forward is not taking part in Arrows’ remaining matches this season as he has been told his services are not needed.

This is because of his refusal to renew his contract and speculation that he would be moving to Sundowns or Chiefs next season.

“I went to Turkey last season with Serge Djiehoua (formerly with Thanda Royal Zulu and Kaizer Chiefs), but what stalled my transfer to Antalyaspor was that I had a contract with Arrows.

“Now that I will be a free agent in June, I hope to have a successful trip back to Turkey. The people taking care of my affairs are busy arranging trials as we speak,” Senamela tells KickOff.com.

Asked of the Sundowns and Chiefs link, Senamela says, “I don’t know where all of that has come from because as far as I know I haven’t signed with a local club.”

Even Europeans are scared of players who still have contracts with Local teams. Mr Senamela tell your fans the truth. Why was it so hard for you to convince Mrs Madlala that you have not signed for a local club so that you are kept fit and ready for Europe?
