Richards Bay FC have strengthened squad with loan signing of Bidvest Wits midfielder Paseka Sekese

Posted: 29 July 2017 Time: 20:04 can confirm that newly-formed National First Division side Richards Bay FC have strengthening their squad with the loan signing of Bidvest Wits midfielder Paseka Sekese. 

The 23-year-old, who made his debut in the Premier Soccer League in the 2014/15 season, spent last season on loan at second-tier Cape Town All Stars, where he featured in 17 games with the return of single goal.

Richards Bay FC chairman Sifiso Biyela confirmed the news of the signing to and added: “I think we done now in terms of signing players."

Sekese will join the growing contingent of club's new arrivals – Khaya Shozi, Sphelele Mkhulise, Njabulo Ngcobo, Zola Jingxi, Simphiwe Lumkwana, Stanley Muishond, Sandile Mthethwa, Itumeleng Shopane, Manto Mekoa, Avela Cezu and Veluyeke Zulu.

Roger Sikhakhane, who promoted now defunct Thanda Royal Zulu last season, will see his new side start the NFD season against KZN neighbors Real Kings on August 19 at Umhlathuze Sport Complex.
