Razak back at Sundowns

KickOff.com can confirm that Fiston Abdul Razak remains under the books of Mamelodi Sundowns following the club’s decision to activate the option on his contract.
Authoritative information sourced by this website clearly states that Sundowns have exercised the first of three years that they have on the 25-year-old’s deal.
The Burundian forward signed on a two-year deal with an option of a split three-year option.
After this season The Brazilians will still have the option of a further two years – divided into two – on Razak’s contract.
Razak has been on loan at Bloemfontein Celtic for the past 18 months where he has shown glimpses of being a quality forward, but goals have not been as forthcoming as he would have wanted to.
A return of just three goals in 18 appearances last season has led Celtic to look elsewhere for options in attack for the new season.
Word is that Razak will most likely be loaned yet again with The Brazilians having already exhausted their foreign quota while being spoilt for choice in the attacking third.
Razak was back at Chloorkop on Monday along with several players that spent the past season on loan at several clubs.
