Baroka agree Brian Mwila transfer from Zambian club Green Buffaloes

Posted: 17 July 2017 Time: 14:30

Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila has confirmed the club has agreed a deal to sign Zambian striker Brian Mwila from Green Buffaloes.

Mwila is set to arrive in the country in the next few days to pen a three-year contract with Bakgaga, following on from the recent signings of Zimbabwean winger Talent Chawapiwa and Tanzanian defender Abdi Banda.

"Yes it's true Brian is joining us. We have finalised everything with his team," Mammila tells KickOff.com.

Mwila scored in Chipolopolo's 2-1 friendly win over Bafana Bafana at Moruleng Stadium on June 13, netting with a powerful left-footed drive at the near-post past Ronwen Williams.

Meanwhile, this website has established that Jacob Sakala and Edward Williams have turned to the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber following their exit from Baroka.
