KickOff.com has established that Jacob Sakala and Edward Williams have turned to the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber as they seek to find a settlement with former employers Baroka.
Sakala and Williams worked as head coach and assistant coach respectively for two games last season before being fired for insubordination.
Following the termination of their contracts, the pair have now taken their case to the DRC, where the matter will be heard and ultimately settled.
A brief seating was held on Monday.
“The matter is now due to be settled by way of negotiations between the two’s legal representatives and the club’s legal representatives,” a source tells KickOff.com.
Prior to being shown the door at Baroka, Sakala and Williams were placed on immediate suspension without pay before then appearing before the club’s disciplinary committee.
