Jantjie made the difference early on with a speculative shot from range that slipped between the legs of goalkeeper Nhlakanipo Duma.
The hosts nearly doubled their advantage midway through the first stanza but Ryan De Jongh managed to clear Mohammed Anas's effort off the goal-line.
Dikwena came agonisinly close to equalising just before the break, as Mduduzi Nyanda rattled the woodwork from 20-yards out.
Both sides threatened after the interval, with Thobani Kunene heading wide for the visitors around the hour mark, while Sifiso Mbhele and Nhlanhla Vilakazi failed to find the net with their respective attempts in the latter stages.
