KickOff.com can confirm the Dispute Resolution Chamber case between Cape Town City and Bloemfontein Celtic over midfielder Lyle Lakay has been postponed to next week Tuesday.

The Citizens are looking to secure Lakay's clearance certificate to allow him to be registered with the PSL ahead of the start of the new season, although Siwelele are reluctant to release the Cape Town-born midfielder after claiming he is still contracted to the Free State club until 2018.

Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco has since confirmed to this website that their case with City has been postponed to next week.

"It was not us but Cape Town City took the case to DRC,” Konco tells KickOff.com.

"The case was set for today [Wednesday] but postponed for next week,” he adds.

The 25-year-old Bafana Bafana international penned a three-year-deal with Cape Town City at the start of the month.
