Mokate netted six goals for Maritzburg in the 2016/17 Premier Soccer League season, his best tally yet having signed from third-tier Orbit College FC, who are based in the North West province, where the COSAFA Castle Cup is being staged.

Those goals came in just nine starts in the second half of the campaign as he found form since the turn of the year.

The 19-year-old Webber was instrumental in helping Stellenbosch FC into the PSL Promotion Play-Offs after a fine season in the National First Division, though he was used mostly off the bench.

He made 11 starts and 12 substitute appearances through the campaign.
