Chippa United boss Siviwe 'Chippa' Mpengesi has revealed to KickOff.com that he is currently contemplating the sale of midfielder Thamsanqa Sangweni.

Sangweni has been linked to Orlando Pirates on several occasions in the past, while Kaizer Chiefs have also been reported to have expressed interest in the 28-year-old.

United are currently sitting with numerous offers for their skipper's services and Mpengesi is ready to allow the former Amazulu playmaker to don another team's colours next season.

"We will allow him [Sangweni] to move. We have a few offers that we currently looking at," Mpengesi confirms to this website.

Sangweni, alongside teammate Rhulani Manzini, penned new three-year deals with the Chilli Boys in December last year.
