Thela Ngobeni doesn't see a return to parent club Mamelodi Sundowns on the cards for next season

Thela Ngobeni says he does not see himself playing for Mamelodi Sundowns next season as Chloorkop's goalkeeping department is full of stars.

Ngobeni was loaned to Free State Stars this season by the African Champions and produced some sterling performances in goals for Ea Lla Koto.

"Honestly speaking, I would be lying if I say I know where I'm going next season," Ngobeni tells KickOff.com.

"But the people who are taking care of my football career are busy working on something at the moment."

Ngobeni's contract with Sundowns expires at the end of next season, but the former Kaizer Chiefs shot-stopper says there is still a one year option.

"I'm still contracted to Sundowns for the next coming season, plus there is still an option," he adds.

"As for me, I would still like to continue playing, no matter where. I enjoyed my time at Free State Stars as they gave me some much-needed game time.

"But honestly speaking, looking at the [goalkeeper] situation at Sundowns I don't think I'm going to be staying there - I will probably go on loan again."
