Middle East enquiries for Rusike

Maritzburg United have confirmed that they have received enquiries from abroad for the services of Evans Rusike.
Rusike has been the subject of a possible move away from Maritzburg since last year after an impressive debut season in the PSL.
The KwaZulu-Natal outfit has however been able to hold on to him and in March activated the option of a further two years on his contract.
With the speculation over the Zimbabwean forward continuing to simmer KickOff.com has been told of interest from the Middle East.
“We have had enquiries from the Middle East region with one of the countries being Turkey while there has also been interest from further up in Asia,” a club official tells KickOff.com.
The official confirms that the local interest hasn’t been as strong as reportedly suggested.
Kaizer Chiefs remain known admirers and with a massive reshuffle of their frontline planned at the end of the campaign three new strikers will be coming in.
Meanwhile, Rusike’s countryman James Nguluve will return to the club before the start of next season.
Nguluve has already signed for Maritzburg but has since gone back home to Zimbabwean champions CAPS United where he is expected to remain until the end of June.
At CAPS the quick forward has been registered for Champions League football.
Nguluve trained with Maritzburg late last year and left an impression with his style but was never going to be registered as the club had exhausted its foreign quota.
