The PSL have confirmed five suspensions for midweek Absa Premiership fixtures, with teams involved in the title chase and relegation battle affected.
Cape Town City will be without two key personnel when they visit SuperSport United at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Eric Tinkler is forced to bring in replacements for star attacker Aubrey Ngoma as well as experienced defender Robyn Johannes.
City, who are five points behind leaders Bidvest Wits, will need a victory to ensure their chances of a maiden league title remain alive, while a defeat could withdraw the Cape-based side from the race, provided Wits beat Free State Stars on Wednesday evening.
The Clever Boys, though, will be without key left-back Sifiso Hlanti, with Gavin Hunt forced to perhaps turn to SA under-23 international Tebogo Moerane, following the departure of Pentjies Zulu to Chippa United.
On the other hand, Ea Lla Koto will miss the services of midfield anchorman Nhlanhla Vilakazi as they look to dash their visitors' title hopes while saving themselves from dropping into the bottom two.
Meanwhile, young defender Sphamandla Mlilo picked up his third red card of the season and will miss the rest of Platinum Stars games this season.
