Siboniso Gaxa's Kaizer Chiefs dispute set for SAFA arbitration

Posted: 18 April 2017 Time: 10:47

The dispute between Siboniso Gaxa and his former team Kaizer Chiefs is now set for arbitration with SAFA.

In December 2016 the Premier Soccer League's Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) ruled in favour of Amakhosi after Gaxa challenged his dismissal from the club six months earlier.

Gaxa, who joined Bidvest Wits late last year, has since appealed the decision.

"It's been referred now to the SAFA arbitration," Gaxa's agent Glynn Binkin tells KickOff.com.

"Remember it was in the SAFA DRC and now it has been moved to the SAFA arbitration, but we haven't got a date yet for that."
