Helder Pelembe focusing on Baroka survival

Baroka striker Helder Pelembe was pleased to make his long-awaited debut for the club on the weekend, and says securing their topflight survival is his prime concern.
The former Orlando Pirates man was without a club for five months before linking up with Baroka in January.
However, the Mozambican had to wait a further two months for his work permit before he could play, eventually making his bow in the goalless draw with neighbours Polokwane City on March 5.
"It feels great to be back and I'm happy about that," Pelembe tells KickOff.com.
"From now till the end [of the season] I'm focusing on helping the team to remain in the PSL, that is the most important thing."
Pelembe, who was on the bench in the Nedbank Cup win over FC Cape Town on the weekend, had some advice for other players that find themselves on the sidelines.
"It's not good to be out of the field and I don't wish it on anyone. And for those that are in the same situation, they must never lose faith and keep working because their chance will come."
Bakgaga are propping up the standings with 14 points from 20 games, and next face Kaizer Chiefs at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday (20h15).
