Mamelodi Sundowns win MultiChoice Diski Challenge with victory over Cape Town City

Mamelodi Sundowns claimed the MultiChoice Diski Challenge title in style with a 4-1 win over Cape Town City on the final day of the 2016/17 PSL Reserve League season.
Sundowns romped to honours thanks to goals from Motjeka Madisha, Keletso Makgwala, Samuel Julies and Tshepo Ntlaba, while Shaquille Abrahams pulled one back for City at Sinaba Stadium in Daveyton.

The Brazilians finished on 34 points from 15 games - four points ahead of second-placed Bloemfontein Celtic, who lost 6-3 to 15th-placed Baroka in a simultaneous fixture.
Celtic's Tshegofatso Mabaso was the top scorer in the competition with 12 strikes.
Downs are enjoying a glorious chapter in their history, as the first team currently holds the CAF Champions League, CAF Super Cup and Absa Premiership crowns.
The MDC finale on Sunday produced 38 goals from eight fixtures, including three 4-1 scorelines.
