Chippa United and Golden Arrows played out to a stalemate in an Absa Premiership clash at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium on Friday evening.
Lerato Manzini and Lerato Lamola both bagged braces as Arrows fought back to a 2-2 draw.
Manzini opened the scoring for the hosts after the quarter-hour mark, after sterling work from Menzi Masuku down the right lead to the striker slotting home from the six-yard box.
Chippa went into the half-time break well in control of proceedings as they continued to threaten up front, while the visitors have yet to test Daniel Akpeyi.
Andile Mbenyane had an early chance in the second half to double the lead, but Limbikani Mzava did well to clear the ball off the line after Nkosingiphile Gumede was well beaten.
Minute later, Arrows grabbed the equaliser against the run of play in the 51st minute, when Lerato Lamola surged forward on a counter attack and struck the roof of the net, leaving Daniel Akpeyi with no chance.
However, Manzini restored his side's lead just two minutes later when he headed home unmarked from close range, with the Arrows defence caught ball watching.
Lamola then completed his brace with aplomb late on to level matters once again, as he rammed home at the back-post with a half-volley after poor Chippa defending.
The Chilli Boys pushed hard in the dying minutes to steal a win, but Abfana Bes'thende held firm to take home a point.
