Kaizer Chiefs have tied down the services of defenders Kgotso Moleko and Tsepo Masilela as well as midfielders Lucky Baloyi and Siphiwe Tshabalala.

The quartet were set to see their deals expire at the end of the season, but the club on Monday announced developments from their contract negotiations via their official Twitter account.

Moleko and Baloyi have both earned new two-year deals, while experienced former Bafana Bafana duo Masilela and Tshabalala penned one-year extensions.

Amakhosi, though, will retain options of a further year on all four players' contracts.

Earlier this year, the Glamour Boys also confirmed the extensions of centre-back duo Erick Mathoho and Lorenzo Gordinho.

Meanwhile, there has still been no update on midfield anchorman Willard Katsande and George Maluleka, whose current deals are also set to come to an end in June.
