Maluleka: Katsande shouts at me

George Maluleka has given credit to Willard Katsande for his guidance in the Kaizer Chiefs engine room.
Maluleka has picked up man-of-the-match awards in Amakhosi's previous two victories over Free State Stars and Maritzburg United, playing just ahead of midfield anchor Katsande.
'Mido', however, has downplayed his individual efforts.
“I enjoy playing at the number 8 position,” Maluleka told the club's website. “However, my good form also has a lot to do with the guidance I get from Katsande. He has been tremendous. He talks so much to me during the 90 minutes. To be honest, he shouts at me!”
Maluleka added: “I was lucky to be selected for these games, as a couple of the guys performed very well too in our last two wins, including Siphiwe Tshabalala, Bernard Parker and Willard.”
Meanwhile, the former Ajax Cape Town star said morale is high in the camp after rattling off four straight victories to move within a point of joint-log leaders Cape Town City and Bidvest Wits.
“Not much has changed. It’s just that our mindset has taken a different direction. The mindset is now more positive. We also have a clearer understanding of what we want to achieve.”
The Glamour Boys next face relegation-threatened Highlands Park at Moses Mabhida Stadium this evening (18h00 kick-off), with Maluleka calling for more of the same from Steve Komphela's unit.
“It will be a difficult game but we will be looking for a positive result. It’s all about the mindset.”
