Dylan Stoffels learning from Mabhuti Khenyeza and Siyabonga Nomvethe at AmaZulu

AmaZulu teenager Dylan Stoffels says he is taking advice from veteran strikers Mabhuti Khenyeza and Siyabonga 'Bhele' Nomvethe at Usuthu.

The 18-year-old recent Durban High School matriculant has two of the PSL's most prolific hitmen to learn from, with both plundering over 100 goals in the topflight.

Nomvethe continues to be a force despite turning 39 in December as he has nine goals this season - five less than Golden Boot frontrunner Sedwyn George.

Stoffels told his club's website: “The experienced guys like Mabhuti and Bhele always advise me on how to be a better striker. My father as well since he used to play football with Bush Bucks in his days.

“There’s equal expectation from all of us, we all have a job to do and the same goal which is to contribute towards fighting to get the club up,” added the youth international, who netted his first professional goal for the Durban-based outfit in the 6-1 demolition of Milano United last month.

AmaZulu, in fourth place on the table with 23 points from 15 games, will resume their league campaign with a visit to University of Pretoria on February 11.
