Chelsea's Diego Costa trains alone ahead of crunch talks

Posted: 16 January 2017 Time: 21:32

Chelsea striker Diego Costa reportedly trained alone for the second consecutive day on Monday as the rest of the squad got the day off following their victory over Leicester City on Saturday.

Costa, who is one of the top scorers in the Premier League this season with 14 goals, was absent for the 3-0 win over the Foxes after allegedly being involved in bust-up with manager Antonio Conte.

Conte said after the game on Saturday that Costa was missing with a back injury but it has emerged that the Spain international is seriously considering a mega money offer to play in China.

A former Chelsea player, Oscar, has already moved to the Chinese Super League in a big-money offer and it is thought Costa's head may have been turned.

According to Sky Sports, Costa will hold crunch talks with Conte when the whole squad returns to training on Tuesday.
