Polokwane City chairman Johnny Mogaladi is not concerning himself with the interest shown in coach Luc Eymael.

Eymael has impressed in his debut season in the PSL, steering Rise and Shine to fifth in the standings at the halfway point of 2016/17.

The Belgian last month confirmed he received offers from Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia, while teams from Zambia, DRC and Tanzania have also reportedly sought out his expertise.

However, Mogaladi says he is yet to be contacted regarding the availability of the former Orlando Pirates target.

"That is one discussion I cannot discuss with the media because nobody has come to me and the coach has got a contract,’’ Mogaladi told KickOff.com.

When asked again about his future, Eymael expressed his desire to remain in South Africa's topflight.

"Yes, I have been contacted by big teams who are playing in the Champions League and Confederation Cup but my target is to stay in the PSL. My big wish is to stay in South Africa and I have fallen in love with the PSL," Eymael told this website.

"For me I would like really stay in South Africa because I now know the championship, I know all the teams and it is also a good country, very professional. I appreciate a lot the PSL and I will really prefer to stay in the PSL and in South Africa."

Eymael is due to return to South Africa from Belgium next week to prepare City for their clash with Maritzburg United at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on February 8.
